Hallo.

I'm looking for rune symbols who can help me against spirit attacks and attacks from negative energies?

Can anybody help me with this.

It most be a strong symbols as it's protection must be strong as well.

Are you familiar with the Aegishjalmur?

I've used it with good luck a few times. You can read about it here:

There is a whole subforum dedicated to rune studies here. Even when there isn't much discussion atm, it's a treasure trove of inspiration.

Readymade (bind)runes for someone else are rarely as powerful as those made yourselves, so studieing and making your own is highly encouraged.
A readymade public symbol containing runes that I find rather interesting, even if not traditional runes:
