Thanks Beith,

These lessons are from a free astrology lessons website:
http://astrologystudent.50megs.com/custom.html

I also found more free astrology lessons at:
http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/TOClessons.htm

In addition I recommend the Llewellyn Astrological Calendar - filled with great information! I get it every year. Beautiful and instructive.

Good introductory books imho are Sun and Moon Signs by James Petulengro - these are useful little books which give detail on the sun and moon signs.

I also have an interest in vedic/panchanga astrology due to the way that actually takes into account the astronomy, unlike western astrology which does not take into account the precession of the equinoxes.

Hi Phyto,

I know just a bit about the precession of the equinoxes, and would love to know more! would you be willing to start a new thread on that topic?

So interesting....

Oddly am writing about the presession of the equinoxes today!

[I cannot believe how I spelled that. Ahem 'precession'. Humph.]

Hi all  :hiya:

May I add this website to the list. Paul Wade taught Astrology at Goldsmiths, a college of the University of London.  He taught me nearly everything I know about Astrology and pointed me in the direction of everything else. Nice bloke too.
