Hey all. We have been enjoying some great weather and are coming along swimmingly at Hazel Grove! The path is complete and we now have our greenhouse/poly tunnel up, as it was getting a bit crammed in the main one. Here are a few updates!

Hey all,
I have been greatly inspired by clicking on a link from a post by otter oonagh
http://www.druidry.org/board/dhp/viewto ... 80&t=27764
Does anyone know of any such places in the North East? I would love to create a whole village like this, and just leave the commercial world! Or maybe just build a little shelter like it at the grove.
Anyway Im off up to the grove today to get some graft and seeds in. I think ill play around with some wood too!

Hope you all have a wizza day

Romelia

Went back tonight as it was a gorgeous evening. Birds were singing and the air was sweet! Managed to plant some lavender and thyme against a beautiful blood lit sky.

We took some pics

ooh! so lovely! And such a lot of work, too! I saw this post before, but must have been tired because I didnt' realize there were six pages of updates (duh!)
I absoltuely LOVE the weathered bricks. Out here in the Western US it is tough to get bricks like that because everything is so dry, they just stay the same forever. (I have found mummified animals and some perfectly formed dehydrated mushrooms!)

Keep up the good work! I love what you're doing, and so, apparently do you!

What an adorable little radish!
Wonderful, just wonderful, what you're doing with your space, Romelia. It's almost as much fun to see it coming along as to have my own plot.

Deep Peace,
SZ
