After the requisite information has been sent to the board’s administrators, about how long does it take to get access to the Bard forum? Thanks in advance.

Not usually all that long, but I've been offline most of today and yesterday. Catching up on things tonight!

Sare, I'm sorry for the delay but I've checked and it doesn't appear that your e-mail ever arrived. Guess the gremlins won that round. Please resend your information to obodforumaccess@druidry.org (sneakily, so as not to alert the little beasties  ) and one of the gatekeepers will let you in right away.

Blessings,
Selene

Ok, now I'm wondering whether I'm just being impatient or if my email has also got lost and gone wherever lost emails go, I sent it nearly a fortnight ago, so advice please - send it again or be patient and wait...

Hi, Lonewalker,

Sorry that you've had that delay...I just checked and I don't see an e-mail from you waiting to be processed, so I'd guess the cyber gremlins ate your first one. If you'll resend your info to obodforumaccess@druidry.org, one of the Bardic gatekeepers will get you in right away.

Blessings,
Selene

Again many thanks for checking that for me Selene I'm now in the bardic forum!

Just a suggestion but is it worth adding to the instructions that if the email gets through you'll get the auto-reply message saying the email has been received? Might help people not sure if their email ever made it through?

Blessings

Hi, LoneWalker,

Wouldn't be a bad idea. I'll pass that on to the office; maybe they can get the change made when they print their next batch.

Thanks,
Selene

Fraxinus,

The OBOD members' only forums appear at the bottom of the index page. You should see Bards, OBOD General Discussion, etc.
