Three sounds one should treasure:
the whisper of the wind through the leaves
the songs of one's heart
the callings of the universe

The three lessons of Dragon are:

The strength of the Horse - muscle and patience,
The speed of the Falcon - agility and cleverness, and
The endurance of the Salmon - perseverance and sacrifice.

THREE WAYS OF HEALING

Being with wild nature
Realising one’s own true-nature
Knowing the nature of the Divine

The natural world we look upon is not always that of nature. Parkland, farmland and gardens are not the uncultivated primal spirit; the wildness given of the Sacred. The closer we come to the wild the more we are healed.

One’s own true-nature is that shared by all things and therefore all creatures and objects express it equally. Through our silence the Great Silence is heard, through our not-thinking Great Wisdom is known, through stillness the ever-settled Spirit is revealed. Calm and unstirring our self becomes nourished by the Holy-Self.

The nature of the Holy is where all gods are born. The face of the Original is before our eyes yet rarely seen. In wildness its face appears pure and simple, in nature altered by man it seems disguised and in things unnatural is appears hidden. When IT is noticed we realise we are also that beautiful nameless presence which remains eternally unchanging. To feel its being within and around is to return to our natural Grace and to be healed by the purity of that homecoming.

These are three ways of healing.
