For our brave little dog

Postby White Star » 08 Feb 2011, 23:30

Our 15yr old dog "Otto" passed to the summerlands today after a long and wasting illness. I found him when I got home from work today on his favourite cushion where he had died in his sleep. So a six foot very hairy truck driver broke down and had a little sob for a while. Then I buried him in his favourite spot under the big tree in our garden, marking his grave with a statue of the earth Goddess.
Blessings to you little man you will be missed especially by our huge Tom cat, who is bigger than you ever were but seems to miss you already.

Otto will always live in your heart and memory. Sending a hug through the ether, and blessings and healing to Otto on his transition into the otherworld. Also blessing for Tom for his lose of his companion.

With blessings
Merryb

I am very sorry for your loss. May this help to make your sacred space by the big tree in the garden even more special.

May Otto journey well, and I hope that the pain of his passing for you and his other companions, will be, with time gently replaced with comforting memories of him. Our animal friends touch our lives in so many special ways.
