The Druid Grove

Up until a week or two ago I used to get email notifications about replies to any threads/topics I was watching and now I don't. I've made sure the threads are listed in my UCP, my email address is accurate, I have all notification types set to send an email. Nothing is getting sent to my spam folder either.
Has something changed or is it me?

It's not you. Something has gone wonky with the board's email notification system. It's not even sending activation links to new members. We have people looking into it, but no results yet. Sorry!

Just realised I hadn't had any email notifications for a while too! And I got a warning about site not being secure. Naughty gremlins

When I don't get reminders of things happening here I notice that I visit less often, so the notifications are valuable.

Is it just me or are notifications dead again?

I'm not getting any and they are not in my spambox or anywhere else. Neither new topics I start nor ones I've been following for ages send me notifications.

but i wonder sometimes how those work, and if it sends the whole text of the post (you know..with me editing several times right after i submit )) )

When its working the email just says there is a reply to whatever thread and gives a direct link. I find it a nice quick way to keep up with new replies . When its working, it works for me!

I’m getting notifications on things when I wasn’t before and much preferred it that way.

No worries—I’ve started using the little gear icon to deselect email notifications.
