The Druid Grove

A fellow grove member wants to register but made a hash of it (he's not technically minded). He's asked me to help out.

The situation is this. He can't remember any details he used (username and password) when he first attempted, But something must of happened because when I've tried to set an account for him his email isn't accepted because it's 'already being used'.

Any advice?
