We have a choir in Buenos Aires that sings scottish folkloric songs exclusivelly in gaelic. The name of the choir is Ceolraidh and I sang with them for a year aproximatdly. In my case I had to leanr phonetics but some members do speak gaelic and the creator of it studyied in Scotland though he was born here. He has scottish ancestors and he plays bagpipe also. If you want to know more about them there's a site http://www.corogaelico.com.ar
They teach gaelic too at the Saint Andrew's Presbiterian church downtown Buenos Aires.
