Adding to the blank cards

Post by Morganna » 13 Mar 2009, 19:05

Just wondering if anyone has added an animal to their blank cards or a creature of some sort? I received the deck last weekend and feel really attuned to them. I know in other decks they sometimes give you this option but I have never wanted to. However I am drawn to add a unicorn. Also I have had a lot of encounters through dreams and meditations of snake recently. I wonder why this wouldn't be included? Has anyone added their own creatures?

Thank you for any input x

Hi Morganna.

Here's my addition to the Druid Plant Oracle. :)

Nice thread, btw.

I've thought about collecting blank cards from the DAO/DPO and having someone do artwork on them to cover the range of the Ogham, so I could have plants, animals, and trees all in one deck.

I leave the blank cards blank as they are usually "filled" by the animal guide of the people for whom I do a reading. It is amazing what can be seen on a blank card. :)

Aaaaah :o I was wondering what they were for. I have other totem animals that are quite exotic that are not included in the deck - tiger, phoenix, etc.

Thanks for that, quandry sorted. :)

Does anyone know if it's possible to buy extra blank cards? I'd hate to use mine up and then think of another one that I absolutely had to have, or more likely just mess one up completely and have to start over...
