how do I join the sages and crones group?
I am slowly learning how to navigate the message board. I find it not overly user-friendly as I sometimes find myself going in circles. I would like to join the sages and crones group. (I am 64) Can anyone give me an assist?
Thank you

I sent a private message to Selene asking if I could join. I'm sure the information about what to do is in one of the stickies. Maggie.

I don't remember getting a request from you, elementalheart, so I'm sorry if I didn't respond, but the forum is for those 50 and older only. It looks like you have a little while yet before you "qualify."

Re: how do I join the sages and crones group?
Sorry, the criteria weren't clear, no I am 49 next week so on that basis I don't.
I asked because of circumstances in my life the last few years that have had me working very closely with what I would term crone energy, seeking the wisdom within the recognition of mortality and the acceptance of loss, of others, of youth, health, mobility, of lifestyle, working status and expectations, potentially of life. I also kind of hoped for guidance in the other more biological of female transitions and how druidry could help access that time with greater positivity.
Ah well, it seems I am too young - a very rare perception, I seem to have been considered older than my years for most of my life. Never mind, I'll take that gift instead of the company of elders. Thanks for the explanation at least

Ah, I have sent two messages to Selene already! (over a period of two weeks). I guess it is getting lost somewhere in Druid cyberspace.
