Prior to administering anything, homeopathic or conventional to anyone's diet, pets especially, we feel that personal health history must be considered, and a medical professional should be consulted. There are many instances where even the most "harmless" additive has had contraindications and caused more harm than good. We believe everyone here is responsible and understands that, but it is important to re-state.

Why do I feel so down on sunny days like today?
Don't seem to be able to shake it off. :-(
Sometimes I think Ive had enough. Dead end after dead end. Obstacle after obstacle.
Are obstacles blocks or stepping stones to something exciting.
Its like Im in slow motion. Passing along while the world rushes passed...going somewhere!
I get no-where fast no matter how hard I try, no matter how positive or optimistic I make myself.
May be its old age.
May be its the niggling arthritis in the hip.
May be its male menopause or post-mid-life crisis or oncoming old age crisis.
And what have I achieved in this too long a life.
A degree, amazing children, campaigns to stop littering the countryside. OK.
Still I feel like I'm pushing against a force that wants me to throw caution to the wind
raise my arms in salut to the quarters and fizzle out .
What on earth is the matter with me?
Is there a cure for the way I feel? :old: :old:

Ride it out Sapnanth, it's the only way at the moment I feel.

I myself feel tired, lacking in energy, can't get myself going to do anything. I have friends and clients who describe feeling the same way. Other friends are set to throw the towel in with everything they have been wanting to do as they feel they aren't getting anywhere, or aren't valued, or good enough, or healthy enough etc etc .

On line today I have seen several posts by those who know about astrology explaining why we are all unsettled, disturbed and struggling at the moment, why we are all going through a period of huge change.

This will pass as things always do and all we can do is sit tight and wait for it all to settle once again.

So no it's not the male menopause, arthritis or a pre warning of old age it seems and the sunny days at the moment don't help one but sadly

I'm interested. What's going on in the sky?

Just a thought, but perhaps there is nothing wrong with you at all and you are indeed being encouraged by the earth to fling caution to the winds and make some major change spiritually or in your physical, mental or emotional life.

I'm not sure whether you are pursuing the druidic training but it's been my experience that these feelings of being about to fizzle out or break down or otherwise come to an ending are often exactly that, the dying of something and the rebirth or birth of something else. And when such things come now, I sigh and get on with it because usually it needs done, even (especially) when I don't understand what it is or why or all that stuff. But looking back, no regrets from the transitions made, only the time it has taken me to realise what is being asked of me is to surrender and move in a direction I hadn't intended or imagined or sometimes wanted, and then to actually do it, willing or grumbling and often more than a little terrified.
